Refunds
If you purchase a product and are not fully satisfied, simply contact us by email at [insert support email], and we will issue a full refund within 1 business day.
For purchases of more than one unit of the same product, we may require the return of any new and sealed unit before processing the refund. To do this, please request a Return Authorization by emailing [insert support email].

The Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to one unit of each product per customer, taking into account your order and refund history.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for multiple items of the same type or color, or if a refund has already been issued for the same product.

All returns must be pre-authorized. We strongly advise not refusing delivery or sending a “Return to Sender,” as this may significantly delay the refund process.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items during transit.

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our returns warehouse.
